How it works

1. When an order enters Envio, our system intelligently calculates windows based on the customer’s location, existing routes, and your capacity.
2. The system then sends a message to the customer, prompting them to schedule a delivery window. There are several delivery options offered that are calculated to maximize your resources.
3. Customers get the earliest possible window and your fleet is automatically level-loaded
4. The system sends an alert to the customer on the day of their delivery with the time frame and lets them know when the truck leaves the warehouse.
5. Customers can check the truck's progress on a continuously updated online map. When the truck is one stop away, Envio automatically alerts the customer of their impending delivery.
